Delivery Times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 5 - 7 working days. I strive to process all the orders twice a week. For deliveries abroad, delivery takes place within 7–21 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by destination. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, please check current promotions at checkout.
Carriers & Packaging
We ship with trusted carriers including DHL. All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery , smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers, and larger prints are rolled in protective tubes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the details in our legal notice. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Payment Terms
For domestic deliveries (Germany) and deliveries abroad, the following payment options are available:
- Advance payment by bank transfer (Klarna)
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment by credit card (via Stripe)
